Spp refused!!! Plz help

Hi,
I got refused my study visa for sep 2014 intake. The reason they said is your proposed study is not reasonable to your previous study ,employment or your future plan.
I have scored 70% in 10th ,77 % in 12th ( non med)
In 2008 i moved to australia for 2 years advanced diploma in hospitality management
I came back in feb 2013. I showed my full time experienced as a cook from australia and india as well
I applied in WTC Winnipeg for 1 year certificate program in hotel and hospitality services and i got 6.5 in ielts.
Everything was done lyk GIC ,tution fees and SOP as well. Still i dont understand why they refused it .
Now i thinking to reapply. Jst wana know is it worth to do that??
Please help me if anyone can and what changes should i make to my file ??

aftr advanced diploma y certificate bro ? ur background is kinda same. IELTS is ok.

if u want to apply in January then request CAIPS note nd justify them well

Thanks bro. Actually college only offered me this course related to my study and i have relatives in Winnipeg thats why i applied in WTC.
Is that beneficial to apply for CAIPS and how much is fees for that??

fees, i hv no idea..... bt yes, that vl make all d diff., if truely justified in ur covering letter

You do not have to apply for CAIPS, your refusal is quite self evident. With advanced diploma in hospitality, you want to pursue another 1 year certificate. Don't you think if its just too easy and not competitive enough.

Make sense to apply again only if there is a significant change in your profile. You can have it by way of a quality admission.

Hi,

I done B.Tech in 2009 and MBA in 2012. After that i m having 2 year work exp as a Network Administrator. My IELTs score is 6.5 . I applied under spp for this sept2014 intake for the Graduate Certificate Course (Networking) in Durham College. My visa got rejected stating reason that my course is not relevant with my past studies. I m really in tention what to do next. Which course should i opt? And most importantly can i apply again under spp for next January 2015 intake?
please suggest some colleges for post graduation diploma which includes IT+Management.
