spp program applying for sep intake after july 31st

hi guys please help me am bit confused i got mohawk college admit for sep intake on 28th july and for spp program july 31st is deadline and i need to pay college fee and gic. Is there a chance to get a visa or else i should try to apply for jan intake please help thanks in advance.
