spp processing vs. non spp processing

i want to know is there any difference between processing time of spp and non spp

no much difference.

Mine is under university category. I got my visa approved in 10 working days.

in spp it takes 7 - 9 working days.
in general 1-20 days
in university it take1 -20 days..
but some spp took 15 days.
while some general took 5 days .....
everything depends onl uck..

I was reading transcript of an interview of some officer at Canadian High Commission and he said that both SPP and University categories receive priority processing. But then again, it all depends on one's luck! Like for example, I applied for visa on 16th July under University category at Delhi and my case is still under processing whereas there are many other university category students who have got visas in 7-10 days!

i want to tell u that i got refusal in spp and then i re apply my file with same letter of acceptance in non spp so for how long i have to wait
