SPP or GENERAL WHICH VISA PROCESS WILL BE BETTER FOR SPP LIST COLLEGE :-(plz hlp

hi guys
Got admission for information security management (1 YEAR COURSE) in fanshawe college for may 2013.
And have 15 lakhs loan in bank and already paid 1 semester fee of cad 6714, in this case should i take GIC certificate ,otherwise i can proceed vth bank loan in general category .
I am in big confusion which visa process should i proceed general r spp
fanshawe college is under spp list , if i drop my visa in general category vth sufficient bank loan how will be my visa chances.
Is it better to proceed in spp.
my profile:-
10th - 70%
12th - 51%
B.E( computer science)2011 -59%
backlogs- 9
IELTS - 6 overall (with not less than
6 in each)

PLZ SENIORS CAN U SUGGEST ME WHICH PROCESS WILL BE BETTER FOR MY PROFILE.....

SPP with no doubt in mind. and you are eligible for SPP. which intake you are applying for?

Hello,

SPP is good as the success rate is high for visa approval. As i could see from your profile, you fall in SPP. You must apply under SPP. However, for May intake, I am not really sure if you can apply. Though deadline for visa is 1st april. But as you have a bank Loan, please consult your consultant or another consultancy if you still need to purchase GIC.

an update, you just need to pay tuition fee and show bank funds covering CAD 10000. so you can apply under SPP.

Hey I am also in the same situation like you. Got loan of 13 lac, can pay fee for first semester.. But now as per new rules of SPP we need to take GIC that I can't take at this moment..Planning to apply under General..

I must have missed on that than. I would suggest you pay your tuition fee from loan amount which will be around CAD 13000. there is still an option which you can utilize, if this a genuine loan, ask your bank to disburse the amount. You can pay your tuition fee from bank loan and ask your bank to directly pay it to your college which they will gladly do. and for rest amount, ask them to disburse in your account and from there you can purchase GIC from it. However, in any case, if GIC needs to be purchased, Deadline for applying for GIC was 15th March for may intake.
