yes...there is a second option....bt first one is preferred one...nd 2nd option is for those whose loan is already sanctioned from the bank.

But you can apply through anyway dude. no problem with that. first option is for whom those don't want to take loan from bank. want to pay through their own savings..:P:P

yes ur ryt...bt it is really a tuff job to pay whole year fees + open a gic account.

yes 2nd option is to pay full yr tution fees and u can shw the loan amount of $10000 taken by the student.
 
so paying 1 year tution fees i.e 6.5 to 7 lakh is mandatory :( I have called VFS office they told me only university students have to pay 1 year tution fee not for college students its fine to pay 1 sem fee for those who applying to SPP college
