I got SPP letter of acceptance from Conestoga. .
Ma visa got rejected earlier , , and this is an fresh offer letter from college. . .
Can anyone help me whether i should apply with this offer letter or not(SPP Letter of Acceptance on its heading)

Your Letter of Offer will not work. You need a LOA.

Will that work under general category student visa. . .
