SPP / General? - Where you choose category???

I will reapply for study permit.

I go to NAIT, paid one year fee.
I was rejected only for - for proof of funds. Now my brother will support me.


Please:

1. I never saw any category, SPP, General.. I am confused about that?! Where I choose category when I apply for visa?

2. My UCI number is the number that I will again put in my new application? Or I will get new?

Hi

1) You need to provide the check list of either SPP or General on the top of your application package. Since your visa has been rejected once you need to apply in General category.
2) UCI number is a unique number for each applicant and will be the same every time.

First I applyed by paper. Now I will apply online. I didnt see the any category SPP or General to choose on online application?!

And document checklist doesnt exist in online application...

In our country Vienna, we dont have a category...
That is the reason because I cant find the categoryes
