I got my sowp visa what are the jobs I could apply any restrictions let me know

You can apply almost all of the jobs except some jobs requires Canada citizenship because of Canada interests and security.

Are you in canada now? I got SOWP, I have to come canada.. do they give any card while entering for work permit?

You must still get special permission to travel to Canada due to current restrictions.
