Hi everyone,
After answering the prerequisite questions this is where I landed. Can you please based check whether I'm going in right direction by looking at the forms it popped up after my answers?
App form:
Application for Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1295) (required)

Supporting Documents:

• Family Information Form (IMM5707) (required)
• Passport (required)
• Proof of upfront medical exam (required)
• Digital photo (required)
• Proof of Relationship (required)

Optional Documents

• Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257)
• Client Information
