does someone know if i can marry my girlfriend and she apply for SOWP based on my study permit?
We both are in Canada already. We are planning to marry in Ontario. I have a study permit.

Sorry I forgot to mention she is here already with PGWP... so, after we mary she can apply to get a longer WP without problem based on my Study one?
She can apply for her new SOWP, one month before the expiry of her current PGWP. It shouldn't have any problem if you are legally married and you have a valid study permit.
