Hi,

Currently my PR application is under review and is almost 2 months now. My Wife is a dependent applicant.

But last week she moved to Canada on Work permit.

In such case, do i need to update my application? Is it possible to do it at this juncture? If yes, can someone help me with the process.

Regards,

Hi thanks.for the input.

But the forum shows 1141 pages. Can you share the specific link?

Thanks

Sorry for the botheration.

Yeah, that's correct.

Hello everyone,

Here is our background:

I have a job offer and currently working on this position with NOC level of B.

My wife is graduated from UBC-Master program and has the PNP from BC.

Because she has the BC PNP, she gonna be the main applicant for our express entry, but she doesn’t have any job offer but has the minimum requirements for EE.

In the meantime, her study permit (she didn’t apply for post-graduate open work permit.) and my work permit is going to expire on March 2020.

So we need both to apply for work permits at the same time, after that we submit our EE. I know that she will get the bridge open work because she is the main applicant. But about myself, I’m not sure.

Question:

Does anyone know that if we apply for EE and WP together (me and my wife), are we both get the work permits?

Is there anyone with a similar situation?

I really appreciate any help that you can do in this case.

Thanks,
