I have a study permit till july 30, 2021. But my husband got spouse open work permit till may 14, 2021 due to expiration of his passport. My study will complete on 30 April, 2021. After that if I will apply for my work permit in first week of may. I will not have full time pay slip of NOC B work till May 14 , 2021 to apply for my husband visa. What should he do ?? Or I need to finish my study early in march 2021 because I am doing 2 year of masters' as thesis in order to work as full time. I am also worried if I will finish my study early , then my study will be 15 month instead of 16 month . Still I will get 3 year pgwp or it will reduce the length of my pgwp.

Your husband can still work until expiring, then stop and apply once you have 3 pay stab and belong to NOC 0, A or B.
If you finish earlier than 16 months, you will still get 3 years of PGWP.
If you finish earlier than 16 months, you will still get 3 years of PGWP.
