Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi ,

I applied for my spouse for open work permit after I got a PG work permit. I am available in Canada and my husband is also available in Canada

But now, I got a request from CIC while processing my husband's work permit that they need employer job offer letter on my name then they will give my husband the open work permit.

I don't have a job in Canada right now, so what we should do? if I don't have job in Canada on PG WP, will my husband get the work permit??

Please help or suggest what we can do in this case??

any help would be appreciated.

kind Regards,

Well nowadays if you get a PGWP and in order to get an open work permit for your spouse, you must have a job offer for a job that is classified under NOC 0, A or B.

Your spouse will be unable to get an open work permit if you don't provide a job offer. Your husband can remain in Canada on a Visitor record until you provide a job offer for a job classifieds under one of the three NOCs.

What did you study?
