spouse work permit canada

hello,

I have applied my spouse work permit online on June 8, no updates yet. I have emailed them , got their reply saying we received high volumes of applications that is what it is taking longer than usual.

I am on open work permit in Canada, I have got my AINP and applied for my fedral through ircc. I have also inclused my wife's name in my pR application and I can see her name if I check online.

Any suggestions

call them again.
Processing times are 80 days now, and you are way beyond that.

they don't tell anything over the phone, asked me to email them which I did but still no replies

my file is in delhi immigration
