Spouse work experience

Hi Guys,

When I submitted my profile in Express entry I didn't show my spouse's Canadian work experience which was hardly 10 days when I submitted the profile. I got my ITA on the next day after submitting my profile. The question is now when I accept the invitation and complete my profile, should I show my spouse's work experience as she is working in Canada for hardly a couple of weeks? If yes, will it have any impact on invitation I got?

Should I select Activity type as "Employment"? If yes, will there be any issues due to this?
