Need your help
CEC candidate
Received ITA on Dec 9th
CRS 469
Question regarding spouse Canadian work experience.
Company A - work experience from Oct 2019 to Nov 2019 ( 5 weeks)
Company B - work experience from 15 Feb 2020 to current )
Experience at the time on ITA - 11 months
System generated ITA on the basis of 12 months experience.
But while collecting all the documents we came to know that Company A will not provide a reference letter because we had an issue with them.
So, now my question is to all group members and all experts that can we submit our file when she will complete her 1 year of full experience at her current job.
We are claiming 5 points for her Canadian experience.

I checked some earlier post on this and based on this I think it will be ok because at the time of ITA I met the MEC of express entry but still want to know your valuable reviews.

Thank you

You could wait and the claim her 1 year.

Do you need those 4 points thought? If not just forfeit those 5 points and move on. The least paper work IRCC has to go over the smoother processing your application will be, in theory at least.

Yes, it is just a few weeks away, there is no harm.

Many people often get the ITA before the actual 1 year of experience. The important thing is to refrain from submitting the application until after you've actually completed the year. If you do so, you are good.
