Hello guys! Sorry in advance for repeating!) But i want to clarify about spouse's work experience one more time. I don't have an invitation to apply, but i'll get it soon. So regarding spouse's work experience: in EE i listed all husband's jobs NOT in Canada, and of course didn't get any points. As far as i understood from previous replies, document checklist requires proof of spouse's work experiance anyway. Why is that? If it isn't intend any points? What should i do after receiving ITA? Remove spouse's work experience in personal history, and IRCC won't ask for proof? Or i undestood you in a wrong way?
It asks for it if you add it in the application
Just remove it and add it post ITA in personal history

Document checklist is generated as per the information you put in. Spouse's work experience comes up in the checklist if you show it under work experience. Although it won't get you any points. So it's advisable to just show it under personal history. Then you won't be required to submit any documents for spouse's work experience. In your EE profile show it as none.

I have a similar situation, I am a primary applicant, and my spouse has Canadian work experience. But he did not keep his job for long enough to claim points. Is it safe to put it in Personal History? I am asking because I encountered a lot of threads about spouses' non Canadian work experience, but I am interested in experience that was obtained in Canada but does not qualify for getting points

Yes, we got ITA and he did not get any points. But I am wondering if I can put his work experience in Personal History instead of Work Experience because we do not want to go through a hassle of getting all the docs. We called CIC and the agent said we should declare all his work even if it is not eligible and provide the documents. It seemed to me that he was not sure what he was talking about and that he said it for the safety.

Just ask on behalf of my friend
he is really worried and dilemma while he is filling e APR now.
He applied for workpermit for canada 1 year ago. in the section employment ,He forgot to declare to list out part time job. But now He got ITA and in the Personal history on e APR, Can he add his part time jobs in it?. Will it raise red flag? or misreprentative because he did not list out 1 year ago. previous application will be different with eAPR now. Really need some advises. Thanks your

Your friend should not worry about it. He just needs to put this part-time job in personal history. The Personal History section is made especially for work and education that you do not claim points for. Also note, that in personal history there should be no gaps in time. If your friend was unemployed during some time, it is important to indicate it in personal history.

I means if he put it in the current application ( EE eAPR ).it will be different with his previous application ( workpermit 1 year ago ) in the employment section in 10 years ( not from the EE profile). will they compare it?

I don't think it is a reason to worry. The main thing right now is to declare everything truthfully.

Hello,
I have almost Same situation like you.
We got ITA for Permanent Residence under CEC express entry draw.

In our profile my husband is main applicant and Me as a dependent applicant(spouse).

Currently we both are on work permit and I have two issues regarding my work experience letters.

There is no any issue with main applicant.

1)My (as a spouse) work experience is not NOC 0, A or B category. But I have an experience as a customer representative and Order support agent.

Do I have to submit my work experience document if it is NOC C level? If yes then, what documents can I submit?

2)I worked as a general laborer through staffing agency for only two weeks. Do I have to mention in my work experience?

3)I didn’t claim any points for my work experience so can I show that under personal history?

Waiting for your positive response.
