I have a question related to mentioning spouse work experience.
I am the primary applicant and she does not have any Canadian experience.. So I am not getting any points for her past experience..
The question is Should I mention here previous work experience in work history or in personal history? If I mention in work history we will have to get Refrence letters which is quite difficult..

I went through this earlier with both my work history, and my spouse's work history. I removed all of her work history, and placed it in personal since it is foreign, and we will not receive any points for it. I also removed one of my former companies, that I won't be able to get a reference letter for, and doesn't give me any more points than what my remaining work history will give. If it's not Canadian experience for your spouse, you're not getting points for it, put it in the personal history and delete work history.

Hi,
Have you uploaded a Letter of explanation for removing your spouse Work History and put it in Personal history ? Is it not a misrepresentation when you only add in personal history?

No it isn't misrepresentation, since you are adding it to personal history and IRCC will still have access to the information, and I still fully disclosed any and all info they were asking for. I only used the Letter of Explanation to address the information I was using to qualify for Express Entry, so I didn't address anything in the personal history. On my LOE, I did a quick paragraph for each section of the application to ensure I didn't miss anything. The more thorough you are upfront, the quicker and easier it is for your application to be processed. Mine took 3 months and 10 days from AOR to PPR.
