Spouse work experience

Hi all,
1.I have a query. Does spouse Indian work experience add points to the main applicant?
I understand only the Canadian work experience counts.
2. What if we are unable to get reference letters for past work experience if firm is closed again for the spouse.

1 - Spouse's foreign work experience does not add any points.

2 - If you're claiming points for such work experience you'll have to figure out a way to get a letter from a former manager or colleague.
