Hi everyone,
I have a confusing situation. In my spouse's previous visa applications he included a work experience that was not valid. The firm went bankrupt for some time so he ended up never working there, but he included in his visa application hoping to show ties to home country. This 'work experience' was not in Canada and he was refused those visas for insufficient ties reason.
Now we are applying for PR and I am not going to include that 'work experience' since he didn't do any work there. If they cross-check the info with previous visa applications, will it matter that the personal history is different? I don't know if I should explain or not since they should assess our application based on the information I'm currently providing. I don't know how concerned they will be about difference with previous applications. Any ideas?
