Spouse work experience and education evaluation

Hi all,

I am going to create my express entry profile in February. My WES evaluation is on its way. I have 2 questions:

1. If I am showing my wife as uneducated (since I don't have a WES evaluation report for her), will there be any repercussions in her job search once we land in Canada?

2. Is a evaluation report of education required to show employers in Canada your qualifications? Is it like if we don't have an evaluation report, our education won't be given any weightage?

1. No, that will not matter for job search or for employment in Canada. Get the evaluation done to get more points for immigration purpose only.
2. same as point 1.
