My spouse has two dui. The first was over 5 years and the last one being almost 2 years ago. I am a Canadian citizen and we got married not long ago. We are not sure what to apply for him to be able to come to Canada because he isn’t even allowed to cross the border. Please let me know what we can do or apply for

He is criminally inadmissible to Canada. He cannot enter Canada. If you wish to meet him and live with him, it has to be outside Canada.
