If my wife has an ECA that is due to come out in a week or two and I already have our IELTS scores, am I able to create our EE profile without uploading a copy of my spouse's ECA?
As for ECA itself, the documents/degree have previously been evaluated to a USA Bachelors equivalent, thus not anticipating any issues here.
