SPOUSE VISITOR VISA - REJECTED - BUT DIDN'T GET THE REJECTION EMAIL -----PLEASE HELP HERE

I got my my ITA this week however my spouse Visitor Visa got rejected during the month of Feb-March 2020. I just realized the email ID which I had provided in the IMM form is incorrect and due to this I couldn't able to receive my spouse Visitor Visa's refusal notification email.

Now in express entry form under Statutory Questions we have to provide the VISA refusal rejection details.

1. Can anyone please advise here how to get the VISA refusal rejection details so that I could upload the reason and proceed with rest of the form activities?

Any help from your past experience is highly appreciated.
