Spouse visitor visa refusal

Hi @canuck78! Can I go for reapply in this case to go and visit her for one month by telling the visa officer that we have got married on jan 19 so we want to spend some quality time together in Canada!!!

Also if I get refusal second time it may be a problem if I apply for spousal open work permit after 5months from now!

Your chances of approval are minimal. Applying a second time so close together just shows that you are desperate to go to Canada and most VOs will not believe that you are only going to stay 1 month. I would just wait for SOWP.

No you have already been refused a TRV. You can apply for a SOWP along with her work permit extension If she works in NOC 0, A or B.

If applying for PGWP and SOWP you would need to include 3 pay stubs from NOC 0, A or B job,
