Asking for a family friend. He's a Canada PR want his mum visit him in Canada. The IRCC portal didn't generate a validation code for the mum to begin application. The mum is a fully vaccinated and coming as immediate family. Anyone with idea of what is happening?

Yes, I have applied for Spouse VV through IRCC portal. She is in Pakistan.

Applied on 7 March
No update since then.

Note: Biometrics and medical was already done (as part of my PR process)

Oh my case is exact same. I also applied on 7th march from Pakistan and had biometrics and medical from previous sowp application which is in process. But there's no update in visitor visa application. Kindly stay in touch
