Hello, I applied for an open work permit for my husband on 13th august 2021 and we got the refusal on 14t February 2022. We got the refusal for the following reasons.

You have been unable to adequately demonstrate that you meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit under section 205(c)(ii) of the Regulations.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Does anyone have an idea about this?

Order GCMS notes. What is your status in Canada? If a student, then when does your permit expire? How much in funds did you show?

I already applied for GCMS notes on 18th February 2022.
I am a student and study permit will expires on December 2022.
I showed CAD 8000.

$8000 is much lower. You should have atleast $18000 in canada and around 5 lakh in india.

I am here on study permit. So may be is it fine to show CAD 8000.
In India my husband shows 25 lakhs of fund.

When do you graduate if your permit expires in December? May be better to wait until PGWP because SOWP processing is about a year and by the time the file is reviewed your permit will have expired. Then it will be refused.

I will graduate in September 2022 and my study permit will expire on December 2022.

So you will need to wait until you apply for your PGWP. To be eligible, you will need a skilled job with 3 payslips and an employment letter. Why wait for PGWP? Because you are within 6 months of graduating and it will be an automatic refusal. Officers want to see that you can afford to have your spouse come to Canada.
