Spouse Visa

Hi,

I have applied for Spouse Visa for Canada in June 2016. The status of my husband's file (Sponsorship Application Status) changed from In Process to Decision Made in first week of September. Recently, I heard that within a month cases like mine have received their PPR. Though the status for my file ((Permanent Residence Application Status) remains In Process.

Can anybody tell how long I am expected to wait before I get my PPR??

Impossible to say without knowing your visa office.

Do not know where you heard one month. Even American visas take 3-4 months. Given your past posts indicating New Delhi youwill most likely have another 6-8 months.

Really!! Many of my friends got the PPR within 1 month after their sponsor application was approved....fingers crossed
