hi team,
my husband is in canada from last 2 years, he is a skilled worker there.... i m planning to apply OPW in next month... pls help me which document required from his side.....and pls tell me we hv 6 years old daughter which type of visa we can apply for her... visitor visa or open student visa i m very confused pls help me n pls tell me which document are requir

Document list is pretty much the same as those stated for work permit requirements, with the following exceptions.

You would chose type as open work permit, won't specify any employer or any thing. Have to attach his work permit, recent tax returns / pay stubs etc. Proof of his employment would help too.

Proof of your relationship as well as that of daughter.

If your daughter is 6+ and school going, you would apply for "Open study permit" which is a normal study visa application without any offer from any institution or need of funds. You would quote your husband's annual salary as her proof of funds.

Lastly your husband's work permit must be valid for another six months - probably longer.

If your daughter was less than six you would have just applied for a trv for her.
