my wife got a V-1 visa its a visitors visa does this mean she has to leave canada every 6 months? or can she stay for the duration of my study? she got visa till the end of my studies

She can stay in Canada as long as her visa is valid. She isn't required to leave.

It depends on how long she is admitted for as a visitor when she arrives. If she is given 6 months, then she will have to apply for an extension to Vegreville before the 6 months ends.
