hi friends;,,,,i did sponser my wife.file receved 20 dec 2011 and medical done same day show on file,my wife send her passport to delhi ammbancy feb13, 2012.plz can u tell me how long wait for visa.plz plz tell me

Once the first step is passed which is indicated to take 90 days and appears to have then provided the application submitted is complete, processing from the point of first step approval is listed on average of 6 months for your location.

The first step is when you sent it to CIC-M. It's 90 days. But it seems like you have gone onto the second step. Check the link that NBaker shared to see how long to wait.

It's fine, but you will have to show the border(at the airport) that you intend on coming back. Like with a round trip ticket, letter of employment etc.
