Spouse Visa Rejected (Urgent - Please suggest)

Dear Friends,

I got my study visa for sept-2011 course. after that I applied visa for my wife but got rejected due to following reasons:
"You have not satisfied me that you would leave cananda at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I have considered saveral factors, including:
1. your family ties in canada and in your country of residence
2. purpose of visit
3. your current employment situation"

I have not shown any ties of family in canada. Also, I have mentioned purpose of visit as " accompanying my husband" but still got rejected.

I have included the following papers in the application:
1. TRV Application form IMM5257E.
2. Marriage Certificate
3. My sudy permit and visa copies
4. Univ Offer Letter
5. Proof of funds
6. IMM5645E (Family Information)
7. IMM5257B_1
8. Letter of Invitation (from me)

I want to apply again for her. Can you please suggest what to include in it and what are the chances of getting it. Please give ur valuable suggestions. Its URGENT.

Did you wife include any evidence of ties to her home country? (e.g. property, assets, job, family)

Yes we have attached property documents but that to are owned by my father (her father-in-law) and regarding the job she is doing distance learning course. For family it is all mentioned in the family information form that they are doing business here.

Please advice me something that we can include or make our application strong enough to get the visa.

Dear, according to my information you had to wait for atleast 3-6months for ur spouse to come there.
first u go there....start with ur studies...n then show tht ur wife is coming to meet u in christmas or for ur marriage anniversary....well for an emotional valid reason for wht she wants to come ther....
n also do show tht she's working in india and has few days leave...so she is planning to meet u!!! also show HER AND UR ties to ur home country....tht u both will com back/////////////

But actually I want to apply for my wife before departure, I had mailed to CIC and referred to some of posts and acc. to that we can apply for the TRV.

Can any of the members suggest on this please so that we can fly together on sept. Please reply.

Hi Yougdhuria,

I am also in the same situation. I applied mine as well as family (wife and kids) visa together. I had funding offer from the University and also I included report on the property valuation and bank statement of 32000 CAD. But CHC granted visa for me only. In refusing my familiys visa the reasons given were:

1. Your travel history
2. You dont have sufficient funds....etc.

I am also planning to reapply...Do u have any idea, whether we can reapply immediately or not??? Now I am thinking to apply Open Work Permit for my wife and Student visa for kids. Earlier I applied Visitor visa to them....

What is your situation now??? Have u already applied or not??

I WANT TO UPDATE YOU IN THIS PROCESS.... CANADA IS NOT GRANTED THE SPOUSE VISA......... UNTIL YOUR COURSE IS FINISHED.


CHC IS NOT GRANTED THE SPOUSE CASE ON STUDENT VISA.....
