Currently I'm doing my Masters, (2 year program-Edmonton), would like to assist my husband on spouse visa with open work permit

Please consider the below scenario

1.Two student refusals (canada) (in 2018)
2.Currently working in dubai (2 year work permit)

Should I mention about his student refusals in visa application ? If so kindly give an idea how to justify that in SOP. Also give some information on what would be required documents to be submitted and kindly help me out with the procedure
