Greetings to all members,
So finally I got my CAIPS notes for my SOWP refusal under section 205 C (ii),so the reason what I got from CAIPS notes was that my lawyer submitted the study permit and Visa copy but she didn't submitted her college enrollment letter .I am planning to apply again with some extra decouments like
250 pics of me n my wife
College enrollment letter along with study permit and Visa copy.
My last 2 years ITR .
My last 9 months salary slips along with bank statements.
5 lakh Indian rupees funds .
My job offer letter and NOC .
My wife jobs alary slips.
And some.other more decouments , so my file this time more stronger then what I submitted last time .
Is there any other thing any of you want to share please do reply , the rejection was only because of enrollment letter .

Also 250 pictures of you and your wife is insane. Don't do that. You weren't told in the notes that the relationship was the issue.

Include the enrollment letter.
The thing is when I had applied last time , lawyer that we hired she didn't submitted anything on our behalf ,I have given all the decouments to her but what she submitted was only
Visa stamp
College offer letter
My study decouments
My salary slips
And application form n even my wife told her that enrollment letter is must for SOWP but she didn't uploaded
Now I already hired a new agent and she asked for this pics n all these supported decouments ,coz she don't want to take any kinda risk from any side

Well your new agent isn’t very familiar with the requirement for supplying documentation. It very clearly indicates a MAXIIMUM of 20 pictures.

250 pictures??? Don’t know if the saying
“ More isn’t always better “, exists in India , but it DEFINITELY applies in this case . You’re lawyer needs a shake as well
Not taking a risk is one thing ,being ridiculous is a whole other beast

Now my old lawyer messaging me about wat are the decouments m preparing now for reaaply but the thing is I already moved to new agent who are based in India , is it okay if I tell her tht I don't want her anymore to re apply for me or she can create any kind of negative effect on my profile after knowing this

So providing updated enrollment letter ,with 30-50 marriage pics and other suportting docs are they well enough for reapply .
