hello, applied TRV for my wife on 25th may 2017, purpose of visit is my convocation on June 17th.......still showing under processes, my convocation is in 3 days, could she be granted visa even the date passed.....please reply guys

You can reuse the visa in the old passport as long as the date is still valid, just bring it together with your new passport.

There is no visa renewal, you have to apply for a new one. But assuming you are in Manila, I believe there is a program for reduced requirements for previous TRV holders who have no overstay record. The only documentation to provide, together with your application forms, is your certificate of employment. Check with VFS if this is still in place.
