Spouse TRV Refused - GCMS notes

Hello All,
I am a PR and married to my spouse in feb 2022, who is in India at the moment and applied for a a Visitor visa and got refused.

Reason: (i)Family ties in canada and home country , (ii)Purpose of visit
I have ordered gcms notes and the reasons read as below
"I note that:
-the client has strong family ties in Canada.
-the client is married or states to have close family ties in their home country,but is not sufficiently established
The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicant's spcio-economic situation and therefore i am not satisfied that the applicant would leave canada at the end of period of authorized stay." - GCMS notes

we have recently applied for family sponsorship and waiting for AOR.

we are planning to apply for VV again addressing the comments from gcms notes , Please help us with ideas to solve the issue to address the purpose of visit and family ties .
in our last application- purpose of visit was to visit husband for birthday

To get a visitor visa, she needs to show that she is coming to Canada to visit not move. She needs to show employment letter with leave, property, loans and/or investments. Since she is married to you (a PR) her ties are weak. Also mentions socio-economic status so she needs to show funds (bank accounts) to afford to come to Canada..

We have provided employment letter , payslips and NOC for 3 weeks leave to travel from her company.
Bank statements showing around 7-8k CAD in her account and 10k CAd in my account.
no properties to show and no travel history.


I am thinking how else i can prove the ties to home country ? .
for purpose of visit , I am planning to state that i cannot travel to India as i dont have any vacation left at my work. so i am inviting her.

for purpose of visit , I am planning to state that i cannot travel to India as i dont have any vacation left at my work. so i am inviting her.
