I'm sponsoring my wife on my express entry application. They sent a list of required documents to prove the relationship etc..
Along with the requirements, they asked for the following:
I am certain that they didn't attach any other forms. I even had to look up the IMM0008, download and fill it out myself.
Can anyone suggest what they mean by "the other attached forms" ??

| ☐ | the other attached forms to be completed, dated and signed by your spouse |
