I’m protected person my PR in process since 2021 things changed and I have a Canadian spouse now I was wondering if we could apply PR through spouse sponsorship ? Is that gonna change anything with my current status ?

Yes, your spouse can sponsor you for PR. No, this won't change anything regarding your protected person status.

Yes you can but you may have to withdraw one application. There is guidelines to manage multiple applications for Processing Officers. If you withdraw In Canada Protected Person Permanent Resident Application, and go for Spouse Sponsorship you will continue to be Protected Person and abide by laws and guidelines. Not sure why you want to do that,
