Hello,

I am permanent resident of Canada. I want to sponsor my wife. She lives in USA and for FBI clearance it is taking 15 weeks. Can i apply without police clearance and update it later when i get it. Will they accept my application if i send it without attaching the FBI clearance.

And can any one suggest the document list needed for sponsoring PR.

I sent mine without the FBI clearance for the same reason. I received AOR so I assume they accepted it without but you may want to include a note.

Yeah everyone seems to be doing this. Make sure you include what info you have and that you'll send it later so it's not just 'missing'
