I got the Immigration in 2003 for complete family While we couldn't live there in Canada due to my Job ABroad and some contractual Bondings My family living there since 2006 and renewed PR for them while i have loose my PR due to residency obligation.
1. Can my wife sponsor me as they have status of PR (with 04 Kids).
2. She is not doing any Job due to my yongest child is 05 Yrs.
3. I am supporting them from my Job abroad.

Can I get again PR of Canada to live with my family.

Since you're still living abroad and have a job there, why would you even want PR? It will just expire after 5 years again.

But yes, she can sponsor you. And she doesn't need a job to do that, it's enough to show she's not on welfare or bankrupt.

Now I have reached to complete this running project at my work and fedup to live alone,
So I will leave this Job easily.
Can I enter in Canada on Visit Visa and than apply Sponsor Immigration with in Canada.
How long will take this? If any one have experience.

My understanding is that doing an "outland" sponsorship of a common-law partner or spouse is usually faster. Therefore, you might be better off staying where you are now for a little while longer, while the visa comes through. These are just my two cents from my limited experience. Anyone, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

it will be difficult to get visa to enter Canada, especially if you are married
