HI, i have been reading on this forum for sometime but finally decided to post, My situation is bit of a head scratcher so please bear with me and I am extremely thankful to all the contributing member of this forum, Thank You
So i am a 26 year old Canadian Citizen (not born here, Pakistani Origin) did my high school undergrad here, then i went to the Caribbean for medical school, been living in US for approx 1 year, i regularly visit Canada since my parents r there, and its HOME
So i fell in love with this girl in Pakistan a year ago, and marriage is on the table, its already hard being away from her, but this spousal immigration is really confusing, can someone guide me how can i submit an application and whats the fastest way for my wife to come to Canada. I will be moving Back in Canada in 6 months, and in a year will be starting my medical residency in US or Canada, Can i apply for her canadian immigration while living in the US? i will be submitting my taxes in Canada (obviously!), and if she is able to come live with me in the US, Can her application for canadian Immigration continue while she stays with me?
and If i do medical residency in Canada, Whats the best way to submit my application so she can come as soon as possible? Current time the website says is 33 months im sorry but that seems too long especially when you love someone so dearly.
