Hi guys,,,, I am on a work permit in canada,Ontario,,,and my fiance is a permanent resident of Canada,,, we are getting married in march in canada,,,, can anybody please tell me the whole process of sponsorship,,, can he sponsor me if we do court marriage or we need to show full marriage function?

So that would be 'inland spousal sponsorship' then. Read about it here:

Your proposed 'court marriage' is fine, but whatever you do, they will want a fair bit of 'proof' that it is a genuine marriage and a genuine relationship, the guide to the completion of the forms on CIC will tell you what they are after.
