Spouse Sponsorship with Problem

Hi! My wife is in canada after we got married last may 2010, and we have a child in her womb when she arrived at canada. My wife is sponsored by her mother there. she arrived with single status. she arrived back in our country last sept 2015 to live together and our son was born and she gone back to canada with my daughter since my daughter is only visiting our country. and this last may 2017 she settled and manage to change her marital status to Married requiring our marriage certificate. the application was approved. everything is doing fine. we started to gather documents and completed it but no picture of her and our daughter(the passport size picture). this last dec 1 she finnally paid the processing fee. but this dec 10 she changed and told us, she doesnt want to get me and my son anymore. (i think she is cheating on me)she doesnt want to submit the applications. but her mother is forcing her to submit it since its all for the good. My Daughter is 7 years old Canadian Citizen, and my son is a born Filipino. is there any other way that we can go and migrate to canada so i can be together with my daughter. my wife's mother is willing to help us to get there in canada. the only problem is my wife changed unexpectedly and doesnt want me anymore.

We’re you married to your wife when she first landed in Canada and became a permenent resident?
Yes. But she entered single, because the papers processed by her mother is single status. We got married a week before she arrived at canada, she just managed to change her marital status to MARRIED this year

This is a potential problem for both you and her (and possibly her mother). Technically your wife and her mother committed misrepresentation on landing by declaring her status as single. Because of this, it is highly unlikely that IRCC would allow her to sponsor you, even if she wanted to. It would also expose her and her mother to a potential investigation of their permenent residence and potentially lead to them having their status revoked for misrepresentation.
Other than that, the mother isn’t eligible to sponsor you. You would need to qualify for immigration on your own.

The reason for the declaration is that the marriage contract has descripancy and it would only be corrected if she came back, so she came back after 5years of stay and fix the discrepancy of her name in the paper

It doesn't matter what the reasons were. If she was legally married to you on the day that she landed as a PR, you cannot be sponsored by her. Maybe she has discovered this and realized even attempting to sponsor you would expose her and her mother to possible legal action.

If you want to immigrate, you will have to qualify on your own by applying through an economic immigration program like Express Entry. Your wife can never sponsor you.

Think they mean she came back and altered their marriage certificate so it now says they got married when she went back to the Philippines and had her son. But yes it is all misrepresentation that would most probably come out in the sponsorship process.

She landed and did not declare from begin as if she was married she can not be sponsored as dependent child with her mother and as soon she declare it she lose so is only , they made second fake marriage certificate to show that they married after PR with already two kids even if apply it will end with interviews and possibly rejection with mispresention and removal order the whole story sound fishy to us immigration will investigate and will know real marriage date .so forget she give up her statues to bring you, your daughter can sponsor you later under parents program and you can include your son with but when your daughter reaches 18 first your daughter can try on super parent visa for you. If they found that your wife lie in application she will join you in Philippines indefinitely so is logic she not want. Such cases with fraud make cic treat even real honest people bad . You and your family play the system to immigrate easy so sent your wife as single to take you after. Bad luck

even for your wife when she apply for citizenship later and find she was married before immigration can all come up and end bad , they are not stupid but lies make everything collapse later . From your story now I know why cic doubt documents from some countries and investigate more.

So i have to apply for express entry declaring im married and have 2 dependents.
As of i can remember we encountered problem when she changer her status, the goverment made us pay 5k can dollars, which is already ok. And she already declared married when she renew her PR

This doesn't sound right. Never heard that there is payment involved in correcting/updating marital status in Canada.
Are you sure it's payment for the status update? Able to renew her PR with as "married" doesn't mean she won't be investigated when she applies for citizenship in the future. As a PR, she can get married. But she did that BEFORE she became PR as a dependent.
