HI all,

I had applied for my Spouse sponsorship while I am studying. But i have got the rejection :(. And reason for same is due to insufficient funds in my account. But i had provided descent enough money. So confused about the rejection reason.

Somebody guided me that to apply for CAIPS would be better option which will help me understand the exact reason.

Now i am not sure how CAIPS would be useful and how to apply for that and what are the charges and all.

PLEASE SOME EXPERTS HELP ME PLEASE.

You can sponsor a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner, or dependent child to immigrate to Canada if:
•you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada.
•you are 18 or older

It looks like you've posted a bunch of the same topics around the forum, and people answered to you.

You canno do family class sponsorship while you on study permit. You need to be a Permanent Resident or a Citizen

Your question is not related to spousal sponsorship (for your spouse to become a PR).

You are an international student trying to find information about spousal work permit...
