Spouse sponsorship - wedding event photo requirements question

Hello,

Does anyone know if there are any specific guidelines for attaching wedding/engagement events to our application. My husband and I have photos we must include in our packet (as requested) but we want to be sure there is not a specific way we must submit them such as the size or if it must be in color? I read they can be photocopied on the checklist so I'm guessing it does not matter but wanted to double check. Thanks!

There are no requirements at all. As a rule of thumb, everyone tries to make sure it is clearly indicated who is in the photo. In case the photos are loose, they should also have your name on it, in case your photo(s) go astray and they don't know whose application they belong to. What a lot of people do is to put the digital images on a Word doc, type captions under them, make a header with your name, and print them on letter size (or A4) paper. Some use glossy paper, I used high quality matte paper.

As long as the faces and expressions are clear, any size or color would do.
