Spouse Sponsorship (visa office)

I got an email that I've got approved as a sponsor and that they sent my husbands permanent resident application to the visa office in Manila, Philippines but then when I submitted the application to CIC in Mississauga I used the South East Asia and Pacific (IMM 3906) checklist because my husband is currently working in Thailand and he lived there for almost two years. So my question is how come they sent his application to Manila it should be in Thailand because he is currently working there and we use the Checklist specifically for Thailand. Please help cause I am worried that there will be some problem on the application .

CIC usually sends the app to the VO of nationality, not residence. There will be no problem with the app. If they want any additional information that wasn't included in that checklist, they will request it.
