Spouse sponsorship question

Hi guys

I got a question friend.

Hi applied to sponsor spouse from Ukraine in Sep 2020. He had AOR and SA. He applied for wife's visitor visa and they got it.

1) when wife comes, is there risk to do address change? Where will the file end up? Currently it is somewhere between nova scotia and ukraine

2) if they get passport request from ukraine office, what do they need to do?

Update the address to show in Canada. When passport request comes and applicant is still in Canada, can do landing in Canada without leaving the country.
