It's not true, just because the files are transferred to London doesn't mean you get London's processing times. The long processing times at Islamabad are partly due to low staff compared to the large # of applications, but it's also due to larger cases of marriage fraud in that country. Because of that, it doesn't matter which VO the files go to, as long as they came from Pakistan, the processing time will always be long.
