My boyfriend just received his PR card and now we are deciding how we can apply for inland sponsorship (I’m outside Canada). I have some questions:
1. I'm considering to schedule a English language course for 3 months in order to have a Visitor Visa (This is to justify why I’m going to Canada). Once I arrive in Canada, I will meet my boyfriend and then we get married. Would such a plan work? In spite of having a job in Brazil I'm afraid that my visa application will be denied.
2. Once we get married in Canada, will we have problems to apply for inland sponsorship? Perhaps the officer can argue that we are not allowed to apply because I said that I was in canada to study in first place and now I’m getting married haha (I’ve been dating for 7 years).
