Spouse Sponsorship Inland/Question on Quebec

Hi,

We applied inland for family sponsorship/spouse.
My wife is canadian, I am german.

Now we've received the letter from CIC stating that our application has been received with the request to forward on Qubecs immigration procedure.

Question:
Regarding: 4. Information on family members of the principal sponsored person
First field asks for personal details about spouse.
Should I type in my wifes details as she is my spouse even though she is the sponsor?

Second: the next fields are about children of mine.
I have a daughter with my wife (the sponsor) and she(my daughter) is also canadian by birth.
Should i include her never the less?

Both times there are boxes wether or not they will accompany me. That leads me to the conclusion that it couldn't apply on my canadian relatives.

Am I right?

Call them to confirm but when I filled mine, I believe I left that part empty.

You don't fill anything in any of the questions 4... just write N/A.

Another question:
Regarding the OWP available for Inland applicants. I applied for it along with my whole application under the family class.
From what I've read it takes 3-4 month to be issued.
Is CSQ required upfront?
Meaning do I have to receive my Quebec confirmation before I will get it, or is it an independent process?
